Wire and sink eroding

We have our own machines for wire and sink eroding. This affords us a close coordination with all previous working steps and therefore prompt and efficient handling of our products. With sink eroding we prioritize an external presetting of the palletized workpieces and electrodes through a zero-point clamping system on our coordinate measuring machine. Through our internal network, the measurement data is sent directly to the machine. We also use a palletizing system for automizing our wire eroding. By using a multi-tasking-axis and our self-developed fixture construction, we are able to work on multiple transverse shapes.
