Component cleaning
Our manufactured products are all cleaned to customers’ specifications. Apart from several ultrasound devices, we also have automatic parts cleaning machines. The products are picked up in baskets or frames by the facility robot. Depending on the specific cleaning program, parts are alkaline cleaned, rinsed with deionized water and then dried. The degree to which a part is cleaned is subject to a steady control from within the machine itself as well as internal checks and tests through an external laboratory.
